MyPrevea App now available for iPhone and Android

MyPrevea is now available on-the-go! Prevea Health patients may now download the MyChart app to access MyPrevea on all Apple and Android mobile devices. The app gives patients access to review test results, upcoming appointments, a list of medications and health reminders. Patients may also use the app to send secure and confidential messages to their provider's office and review a summary of their health history.

The MyChart app is available for free from the Apple App Store and the Android Market. To access MyPrevea through a mobile device, patients must first download the MyChart app, select "MyPrevea" from the list of available providers, and then log-in using their secure MyPrevea username and password. 

Only registered users of MyPrevea may access their health information using the MyChart app. All Prevea Health patients are welcome to sign-up for a free MyPrevea account during an upcoming appointment, or by visiting www.myprevea.com and clicking "request access" from the home page.
